I don't understand question 33. Isn't neon an inert gas? Why would it affect the reaction quotient and the reaction rate? What kind of situation is this? When I did other equilibrium problems, inert gases wouldn't affect the reaction.

This is a rigid container so inert gas which is not the part of K expression can not shift the equilibrium as K is not becoming Q.
