While making Lewis Dot Structures for ICl3 we remembered that like H and F , Cl also makes a single bond if it is not central atom. Is this true for other halogens also like Br? or I should just remember this for Cl, H and F. Please advise

Yes it is correct that all halogens are singly bonded when they are not the central atom.
