Shouldn't it be at lower temperatures since the combination " < < ",  not 2,000 Kelvin?

First thing you need to pick up answer from given options.
And 2000K this reaction has dG is negative,
dG = dH -TdS.
dS is negative so reaction is spontaneous at low temperature.

T< dH/dS. = 803/0.005 K
2000Kis less than calculated above.
