b) similar to a) still acidic

I need help with this question please.
You need to check the nature of the solution after mixing the components of the mixture.
a) It is a basic buffer - pH >7
b) acidic buffer -pH <7
c) Neutral salt with strong acid ---pH <<< 7
d) weak base and weak acid reacts to give a salt of weak acid and weak base.
pH is nearly 7
