In the case of PCl5 and PCl3F2, axial and equatorial bond lengths are different because of more repulsions on axial bond pairs/lone pairs with equatorial bond pairs or lone pairs.

However, in PF5 axial and equatorial atoms are interchangeable and all bonds are equivalent. Rest of the molecules do not show axial or equatorial bonds .
