Alcohol has higher boiling point than diethyl ether because in alcohol hydrogen bonding is the important attractive force which is more stronger than dipole -dipole attractions of diethyl ether.

Ice has a case kind of structure in which there are large gaps due to extensive hydrogen bonding and due to this density of liquid water is more than that of ice. Density of water is maximum at 4 degree Celsius after that starts decreasing as temperature increases.

Glycerol is a molecule with three which OH groups which can make hydrogen bonds.
In ethanol, there is only one OH which can make hydrogen bond. Hence there is more attractive forces in glycerol than in ethanol.

Ammonia has Hydrogen bonds and HCl has dipole -dipole as major attractive forces.Hydrogen bonds are stronger so NH3 is more easily liquifiable than HCl.
