What quantity of Joules is required to heat 168 grams of copper from -12.2 to +25.6 °C?

q = ms(Tf-Ti)
s is the specific heat capacity of copper = 0.385 J/g degC
Tf =-12.2J
Ti=+25.6 °C
Plug in the equation above and solve it
