Is it a mirror of the shell?

1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p4

The  element would be silicon.

Hi
In this spectra
Height of the signal is the number of electrons in the subshell.
Energy is the ionization energies needed to remove the electron from the sub shell.
Now closest to the nucleus is 1s which can have two electrons
so it is 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p4
Count the elctrons and calculate atomic number.Identify the element from the PT.
