C2H5Cl -----> C2H4
1 mole of ethanol gives 1 mole of ethene

Molar mass of C2H5Cl = 64.5g
Molar mass of C2H4 = 28.05g
Plannining -
g C2H5Cl  ----> Moles of C2H5Cl ------> Moles of C2H4------> g of C2H4 -------> 50% of given mass

32.25 g ethanol*(1mole ethanol)/(64.5 g ethanol )*   (1mole of ethene )/(1mole of ethanol )*(28.05 g ethene )/(1 mole of ethanol )=
                                                                                                                                           14.025 g     of ethene

50 percent of this amount =50% of  14.025 g = 7.0125
