This is hydration of alkene by anti Markovnikoff's  rule .Reaction can be seen with the name of hydroboration followed by oxidation of alkene.
Add H2O with H going to sp 2carbon with less number of hydrogens and OH going to sp2 carbon with more hydrogens. The product of this reaction is alcohol.
