Calculate the number of kilocalories necessary to heat 250. g of water from 19.6 to 68.8 oC.

use q = ms(tf-ti)=250 * 4.164(68.8-19.6)
Answer will be in Joules which we need to convert to kcal
1 kcal = 0.004184 J
