The Time Left to Start Session shows the time remaining to the scheduled start time of the session. How to Join the Session. The 'Join Session' link will appear 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time of session. To join session, click on the 'Join Session' button once it appears. Session Feedback. After the completion of the session, a Provide Feedback buttor with green background will appear next to the session details. You are requested to provide the Session Feedback by clicking on the button. This will help us greatly to improve our services to you. Cancellation Policy:- You can cancel your sessions upto 24 hours before the start time of the session. For sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours remaining to the start time of the session, cancellation charge equivalent to 0.5 session will be levied. Repeated Cancellations:- To prevent repeated cancellations by the students which denies other students of the session slots, the number of sessions that can be cancelled by the student is limited to 50% of total sessions of the package. Beyond this limit, a cancellation charge of 0.5 session will be levied for each session cancelled by the student. For example, if you have purchased 20 sessions package, the maximum cancellations that can be done by the student is limited to 10. After this, cancellation charges will be applied for each session cancelled by student. |
